Description: Tetrathlon Shoot Coaching with Matt Rees. (NRSA Range Conducting Officer). Members must be 8yrs or above to shoot. No equipment required but must wear long trousers & shoes or trainers (no boots). Under 8s can bean bag throw (not coached)
