Description: SIM TO SADDLE is where groups of 3 riders first have a 20min session each on the riding simulator with expert Georgie Beach going through their position, how they use their seat, how they sit, using Franklin balls & resistance bands to work on improvement. They then come into the outdoor school on-site with their own horse/pony to work within the same group of 3 coached by Shelly Moores. Shelly will work on the feedback from the simulator session to improve biomechanics of your horse/pony & again using Franklin balls & resistance bands. Total session time is 2 hours (1 hr simulator group & 1 hour coaching group). Open to all levels & groupings based on entries (please specify current riding level as additional notes on entry). There are limited number of spaces so early booking advised.
**Please note the weight limit for the simulator is 11.5 stone /73 kg**
